No, Vadio doesn't have a binding time. When you stop a plan, the plan will only expire the agreed period. 
No, neither you nor your customers need to download anything to use Vadio.
You choose the features you want by selecting the current plan. If you have specific wishes that the plans cannot provide, we would love for you to contact us so we can see how we can help you. 
Billing
We calculate price per user per month. In the admin panel you can see how much is used both in minutes and storage space. Additional costs will be incurred when the storage limit is reached, you will be notified in advance when the limit is approaching. Costs are incurred for optional additional features such as AI.
Yes, it is possible to order additional storage space. This costs NOK 890, - per month for 100GB of additional storage. 
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the plan yourself. You can easily do this under Settings - Billing. 
Features
You can schedule meetings and view them in the calendar. If you would like to add an order form with the calendar function integrated with Vadio, we will be happy to help you with this.
You can add as many users as you want in Vadio. They then get a separate account where they can invite and schedule video experiences in their own admin panel. If you would like specific access rights for your employees, please contact us and we will arrange it.
The inspection log allows you to view recordings, screenshots, take notes and see the address where an inspection has been conducted (requires Premium plan and use of geolocation during the meeting).
With the Premium plan, you have the option to replace the Vadio logo and customize the look with your own logo, colors and domain.
