Vadio for chains and franchise's

Inquiries are received centrally. Out to the correct member.

The chain office sees every inquiry, who took it and where it is. Members work in their own Vadio and get CRM included.

ElfagElfag has over 140 members on Vadio.

Problem we solved

Three problems every chain office knows too well

Lost leads

Enquiries that disappear from members' minds
Leads from the chain website land in a shared inbox, get forwarded by email, and quietly go cold. Vadio routes each one to the nearest member with a notification — and if nobody answers within 12 hours, it moves to the next.

Cost:

Leads going coldWeaker chain brand

No overview

Every member reports differently
One tracks jobs in Excel, another on a whiteboard. When every member uses the same pipeline, the chain office sees response times, quotes sent and win rates side by side — without asking anyone.

Cost:

GuessworkMonthly chasing

Too many tools

Courses, certificates and docs in ten systems
News on the intranet, courses in one portal, certificates in a spreadsheet nobody updates. Vadio puts them in one place with one login — and flags certificates before they expire.

Cost:

Our solution

From a lead on the chain website to a job won

Example user flow

Ingrid in Ålesund needs a new fuse box and fill the form in Fjordel’s website

Here is what happens, step by step

  1. 01

    Lead to the chain

The chain inbox with Ingrid Haugen’s new lead: replace a fuse box in Ålesund, two photos attached

Ingrid fills in the form on fjordel.no

Her 1970s house in Ålesund still has screw fuses. The lead lands in the chain inbox with her address, photos of the fuse box and what she wants done.

  2. 02

    Vadio picks a member

Automatic distribution sends the lead to Nordvest Elektro, 4 km away with capacity

    Nordvest Elektro gets the lead

Vadio looks at postcode, trade and current workload. Nordvest Elektro is closest with free capacity next week, so the lead goes to them — no one at the chain office has to lift a finger.

  3. 03

    Response deadline

A response timer: accepted by Ola Rise in 38 minutes, with Sunnmøre Elservice as the fallback

Nordvest Elektro accepts it in 38 minutes

Ola at Nordvest Elektro gets a push notification. If nobody answers within the chain’s response deadline, the lead moves automatically to the next member in line.

  4. 04

    The member takes over

Quote #2291 for a new fuse box, NOK 38,900, signed by Ingrid at 20:47

Inspection, quote and signature — in their own Vadio

Ola calls Ingrid, inspects on Thursday and sends a quote from the van. She signs on her phone the same evening. Nordvest keeps their own customers, prices and workflow.

  5. 05

    The chain sees the status

The chain board this week: 12 new, 31 accepted, 18 quotes sent, 9 won including Haugen

Stein Helge follows it on the chain board

Every lead from every member on one board — new, accepted, quoted, won. He sees Ingrid’s job move to Won without sending a single email.

  6. 06

    The monthly report

The September member report: response time and win rate for Nordvest Elektro, Sunnmøre Elservice and the chain average

Response time and win rate per member

At the end of the month the report is ready: who answers fast, who wins jobs, and where the chain should send more leads. Nordvest Elektro is near the top.
